The Diamondhead Water & Sewer District is seeking qualified applicants for a Lift Station Technician position. Prior municipal water & sewer operations experience desirable. Working knowledge of lift station operations and water well systems with chlorine and fluoride is preferred but not required. Duties include routine equipment maintenance and performing routine maintenance to water wells & sewer lift station facilities. Applicant must have high school diploma, valid MS Drivers License, and must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background report will be verified. A good driving record for insurability will also be required for this position.
Salary commensurate with education / experience. Excellent benefits package including: PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement benefits available upon completion of required introductory period. Application required to be considered.
