The Residential Service Application and Agreement can be found in the Forms section or using the link below for your convenience. We offer the ability to set up new services electronically. If interested in this method, please contact Customer Service for further details or follow instructions detailed below. For new Commercial service, please call our office for more information. When applying for service, please provide the following: (For after hours, copies can be placed in our payment drop box to be handled the next business day.)
Our payment box which was previously in our "driveway" has been relocated to the new median directly in front of the office building. Please note that there is also a payment box located on the exterior wall of Aloha Plaza, between the Post Office and Keesler Federal Credit Union.
- Copy of the warranty deed (if buying) or a copy of the lease/rent agreement (if renting).
- Driver's License of all individuals listed on deed and/or agreement.
- Payment - Credit Card, Check, Cash, or Money Order (a third-party processing fee applies to all credit card payments).
A deposit and a service fee is required with the application.(see Rates & Fees) For new service, credit card payments can be made over the phone during business hours.
Residential Service
We will need a completed copy of the Residential Application, which is available in the Business Office, by clicking the link below, or under the Forms tab. Our Business Office at 4425 Park Ten Drive is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. For after hours, all information can be found here on our website, and copies can be dropped off at our Main Office Building payment drop box for next business day processing. Emailed documents are always accepted; however, we ask for a phone call so appropriate email distribution can be provided.
If paying by check, please provide two checks, one for the Deposit and another for the Service Fee. This is due to the deposit being required to go into a separate non-interest bearing account. We also accept Cash, Credit Card, & Money Orders for payment. Credit card payments for new service can be made over the phone during business hours. We also need a copy of your Driver's License and Warranty Deed if buying, or Lease Agreement if leasing/renting. All individuals listed on the deed and/or lease agreement must provide their driver's license and complete the application. Emailed copies are acceptable.
