**TEMPORARY WATER SHUTDOWN ON KOKO STREET & KOKO PLACE 03/26/2024**

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the Diamondhead Water & Sewer District will conduct a temporary water shutdown on Koko Street and Koko Place.

The affected customers will be notified. To see a map of the area click here.

Services will be restored as soon as possible.

Precautionary Boil Water Notices will be issued to those residents who are in the affected area.  During shutdowns water line sediments being disturbed can sometimes cause discoloration in the water. This is not harmful, and the water is safe to drink.

If this occurs in your lines, a simple flush of your faucets for a few minutes should clear up the cloudiness that can sometimes occur.

When the precautionary boil water order has been lifted, those residents will be notified.

Please use caution in this area when workers are present.

If you have any questions, please call the District office at (228) 255-5813 (Press 0).

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this work.
