Temporary Water Shutdown at Devil’s Elbow - 9/29/26

Due to contractors replacing water pipeline on Tuesday, September 29, 2026,  water services within Devil’s Elbow will be shut down beginning at 8:00am, for up to eight (8) hours. Service will be restored no later than 5:00p.m.    

Precautionary Boil Water Notices will be issued to residents in the affected area. 

During water service interruptions, sediment in the water lines may be disturbed, sometimes causing discoloration. This is not harmful, and the water is safe to drink. 

If you experience discoloration, flushing your faucets for a few minutes should clear the water.

When the precautionary boil water notice has been lifted, affected residents will be notified. This process normally takes two(2) business days. 

Please slow down and use extreme caution when workers are present.
